The Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation is excited to announce the creation of the Heart to Heart Equestrian Fund. This new fund will provide essential support for Heart to Heart Equestrian Services, which offers equine-assisted learning and coaching for people searching for unique solutions to life’s obstacles and challenges or for those seeking personal growth. Their programs use the unique bond between humans and horses to foster healing, growth, and resilience.
Heart to Heart is committed to ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of someone seeking help. This fund helps make that commitment possible by supporting services for those in need.
“Our mission has always been about strengthening individuals and the community around them. With this fund, we can open our doors to even more people in need, helping them build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections,” said Vicky Houg, owner of Heart to Heart Equestrian Services.
If you’re interested in supporting this important work, donations can be made to the Heart to Heart Equestrian Fund through the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation.
