Through a recent grant from the Blandin Foundation, the Remer Area Community Fund has the opportunity to raise up to $50,000 starting now until December 31st, 2027. Every dollar raised will be matched dollar-for-dollar – up to $50,000 – by the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation, permanently increasing each fund’s endowment and the annual grants it can provide to local projects and nonprofits. That means every $1 you give becomes $2!

A group of local volunteers has officially launched the Remer Area Community Fund, a new fund dedicated to supporting projects, programs, and community needs right here in the Remer area for years to come.
