Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation (GRACF) announces the top 3 winners of its “Seeds of Change” campaign, celebrating GRACF’s 30th Anniversary. This campaign was designed to uplift the invaluable work of local nonprofits and bolster the Community Foundation’s sustainability. Through August 2, 2024, community members voted for their favorite nonprofit and 840 votes were collected.
The top three nonprofit organization winners are Boys and Girls Club of the Northland – Grand Rapids/Greenway Division, Great Tails Animal Rescue and New Beginnings Pregnancy + Family Support. Congratulations to the winners! The three winners will receive $500 towards a marketing video which will be shown at the GRACF Seeds of Change Harvest Fun(d) Fest which will take place on October 11, 2024, at Barn in the Woods. Those attending the Harvest Fun(d) Fest will then be able to cast their vote for their favorite cause giving them a chance to receive funding through the Seeds of Change Campaign donations.
